Assistant Marketing Manager Are you looking for an exciting, new career opportunity within a dynamic, market-leading company?

We also have a busy Warranties division, which provide a range of warranty related products and guarantees. We have a new role within our Installed Trading team that look after 'installed' goods within the home. These are products like central heating boilers and bathroom showers.
The new opportunity that has arisen with our Installed Trading team is for an Assistant Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (SMM), you will mainly be responsible for supporting the SMM and the rest of the installed trading team across a number of areas, including: acquisition channel management, proposition development, campaign management and business development.
Further responsibilities within the role will include day to day management of a range of warranty acquisition channels, as well as assisting the wider Trading team in ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
You will carry out research to help develop and test new sales channels across the different warranty clients, as well as researching into new markets including evaluation of potential value to Homeserve Warranties, competitor research, portfolio fit and support the new product development process. Working with the customer marketing team, you will help to ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered accurately and on time, as well as assisting with preparing financial proposals for new business.
You will also be expected to provide advice, information and guidance for the business on Financial Services Authority (FSA) Financial Promotions guidelines to help ensure that all work produced is compliant.
Ideally, we are looking for the right candidate, who is likely to be currently in a junior marketing role or a recent graduate with work placement or some post graduate commercial experience. Specific relevant experience is less important than drive and enthusiasm with willingness and ability to learn. You will have a good level of organisational awareness and commitment, as well as an achievement drive. Some experience of Financial Services would be beneficial, but not essential.
