Head Of Client Services, £65k + bags of benefits
This multi million pound marketing communications provider are well renowned for helping their client's maximise communication with their customers, producing cutting edge direct marketing campaigns. They currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced person to head up their Client Services department.
As the Head of Client Services you will manage the Client Services team and develop even the most senior Account Managers. Using your vast experience you can keep up with office banter but manage that fine balance between management and friendship, taking the team by the scruff of it's neck and transforming the department to make it your own!
The role:
* Report directly into the main board
* Total involvement in all the major decisions within the department & company
* Autonomy to manage the team the way you see fit
* Present to the Board all the major decisions and changes
* P&L responsibility
