Our client is a well-known financial services business with strong links into other consumer markets. They are currently recruiting a Head of Database Marketing Analytics to lead the customer contact strategy. The role will encompass campaign selections, analysis and development, propensity and regression modelling and profiling, data mining and analysis and database development.
You will be comfortable with the development of scorecards and analysis and will also be at ease with the end-to-end campaign process, as you could be required to instruct on the process at any point. Managing a team of nine including database marketeers, analysts and reporters you will have a wide stakeholder audience across the marketing area. Reporting into the Marketing Director you will have a strong commercial understanding and challenge aspects of the brief to the wider benefit of the business.
Ideally from a B2C database marketing / customer insight background the successful candidate will be naturally assertive and able both to challenge upwards and downwards through the hierarchy. As a medium-sized but profitable company, you will gain a profile allowing you to influence strategy and direction.
