Job Description

This is a vital role with a rapidly growing team where you will be responsible for defining, implementing and delivering a programme of activities that increase the retention of existing customers and maximizes income through the development of a rigorous cross sell programme. The core remit of the role will be to develop, deliver and manage all B2C CRM and retention initiatives across a number of brands. As well as being able to build, shape and implement customer retention and cross sell strategy across the B2C product range you will also maximize existing customer loyalty through the development of a specific customer value based segmentation and loyalty programme.

To be considered for this role you will need to have significant customer retention experience in a target-driven environment with a track record of planning and delivery and a focus on retaining customers through the e-commerce channel. You'll also need to be a strong communicator able to negotiate at senior level and be confident managing retention marketing activity.
