As one of the UK's largest privately owned financial services groups, this role sits within one of its most successful divisions as it looks to take further market share. The group has enjoyed exponential growth since its establishment and boasts a customer base of over two million and an exceptional track record of success.
Reporting to the divisional Managing director you will take ownership of strategic propositions and plans taking them from conceptualisation through to delivery, gaining buy in from cross functional teams and other divisional directors for your ideas and concepts. You will actively build on the businesses reputation as the UK leader in its chosen market and this will involve you taking full responsibility for the commercial strategy working with ecommerce, finance, IT and Marketing.
This will involve driving innovative marketing strategies, overseeing pricing and financial expenditure, managing the relationship with product development as well as delivering the strategic business plans within the division.
Highly experienced in senior management roles, you will be skilled in overseeing business units and fully versed in a financial services or consumer services settings that uses online and multi channel contact strategies. Exposure to profit and loss accountability is a must and you'll be an exceptional commercial thinker and negotiator, with innate leadership ability and an extremely high level of imagination. Quite simply, you're the catalyst that can really make things happen.
