Our client is a leading player in the financial services market.
They are looking for an experienced EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR to provide complete co-ordination support for internal and external events.
You will take responsibility for the administration, co-ordination and on the day management of seminars, roadshows, workshops, hospitality and incentive programmes
You will also be responsible for venue searches and venue management including catering and event facilities; Liaising with suppliers and venue finding agency; On-site event support.; Managing event logistics including flights, transport and accommodation.
You will be managing and producing client invitations, joining instructions and registrations to include liaison with internal departments on the update and collation of data for attendees at the various meetings; Producing invitation and confirmation letters; issuing weekly updates on attendance figures and maintaining latest information on SIEBEL.
Additionally you will also be setting up appropriate mailing lists, Producing badges and issue certificates, Maintaining compliance records for the attendance at hospitality events and the distribution of corporate gifts and updating and maintaining records of hotels and seminar venues.
You will;
- have a strong events background, ideally with some marketing campaign experience
- have experience of working on a wide range of events from seminars and workshops to roadshows and hospitality.
- be able to work flexibly, as you will be required to stay away from home overnight on occasions.
