An experienced Roadshow coordinator is required to join a team who specialise in planning and delivering Analyst Roadshows with an Investment Bank. You will have proven experience working within a fast paced environment, with excellent planning and organisation skills, experienced in organising and planning logistics in European cities.
You will be responsible for the following:
ˇ Advertising analyst marketing trips to salesforce and monitoring to ensure meetings are being booked.
ˇ Ensuring that all analyst marketing is accurately logged.
ˇ Full logistical input to ensure optimum use of analysts' time on the road. This includes advising on flights, hotels, and sourcing & booking European venues for small group breakfast/lunch meetings.
ˇ Booking cars where necessary.
ˇ Arranging the printing & distribution of presentations/handouts within Europe.
ˇ Updating both analysts & salesforce regularly as the meeting schedule takes shape.
ˇ Producing a calendar of upcoming analyst marketing.
ˇ Introducing analysts to Sales and other European office contacts as necessary.

Proven Roadshow planning experience
