Roadshow and Events Coordinator is required to report to the Head of Roadshows and Events within Debt Markets Syndicate. This team is responsible for the organisation, delivery, and administration of client roadshows and banks meetings within Credit Markets . The department also manages other projects on an ad-hoc basis, such as conferences, seminars and client entertaining events .
Specific responsibilities for the candidate will include, planning deal-related roadshows, pre-marketing roadshows and banks meetings from inception to conclusion , suggesting the most logical routings to ensure optimal use of time, in conjunction with knowledge of local business requirements and cultures in each country.
You will have excellent relationship building skills as you will also be acting as a mediator between clients, investors, senior bankers, sales force and syndicates for these events . Organising air and ground transportation, hotel accommodation, banqueting and a/v equipment etc in line with the agreed suppliers.
This is a temporary position initially for 6 Weeks, you will need to be immediately available and very flexible for Interviews.
