A leading financial services organisation are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst on a fixed term contract to join them.
The Customer Insight team support the business through provision of customer analysis, campaign analysis and Management information, making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Some responsibilities of the role:
Support the Trading Performance process, working closely with the marketing distribution teams to plan future campaigns and to monitor performance of live campaigns
Provide forecasts for new business volumes for each marketing campaign
Provide retention and persistency reporting by type of business
Support the Testing strategy process playing a key role in ensuring that marketing tests are relevant, well planned, aligned across areas and the chances of proving statistical significance is clearly communicated to test owners
Produce ad hoc reporting and anlaysis as required

Experience gained in a marketing environment analysing campaign performance and/or data analysis experience
