This progressive and dynamic financial services business continues to grow and has gone from strength to strength over the last past few years. With a growing brand they have a unique proposition and are now looking to enhance the quality of their marketing analysis and enhance their understanding of the consumer.
A proven Analyst possessing a highly commercial and numerate approach you will inherit a small team and must also possess the communication skills to lead this team whilst also influencing the wider Senior Management team. With responsibility for the design, development and implementation of information systems and analytics relating to the marketing team you will be tasked with developing a better understanding of the consumer and the impact of all marketing activity.
This is a highly visible role and it is anticipated that this role will act as a real change agent within the business providing an enhanced view of customer behaviour and allowing more informed decisions to be made in relation to the on going marketing strategy. The opportunity for further development and speed with which this team grows will ultimately be governed by this persons drive and success.
