Working for this high profile financial services organisation you will report to the Head of Consumer Marketing Knowledge and provide specialist consumer knowledge.
You will provide ongoing management and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction research across the product range whilst developing and maintaining effective communication to all business areas. This effective communication will be forged with call centre's, sales and web teams and will require regular high quality presentations to identify and prioritise improvements to the customer experience. Further, you will develop specific project briefs for Communications and Product Development utilising research agencies and working closely with the Business Intelligence team. This will ensure you are providing consumer understanding and therefore market insight for use by the relevant Marketing teams.
Ideally a graduate (or equivalent) and a member of the Market Research Society you will be experienced in either a market research agency or an equivalent client side research role with knowledge of SPSS. Well versed in the ability to use research to improve business results and with substantial experience of financial research you will also offer strong project management and influencing skills.
