Major financial institution is looking for a new team member to join a significant Customer Intelligence team. We require customer focused ad hoc primary research skills gained either clientside or from an agency. You must be up and running handling research projects from day one. Any financial service experience would be highly advantageous but essentially you will need experience of running qual, quant and continuous projects, be very comfortable with the analysis of customer data, and delivering insights from your findings. This role requires a bright and proactive approach, someone who can continue to challenge the status quo and impact upon customer strategy.
