Interesting opportunity to join the Customer Insight team at one of Bristol's leading employers to be part of developing a centre of excellence dealing with customer insight.
The role will focus on delivering primary and secondary research and will be focusing on the SME market .
To secure this position, you will need to be great with detail and be prepared to delve and dig below the figures to look for meaning and opportunity.
You'll be used to handling detail and data in volume, picking out trends in customer behaviour and presenting your findings to senior management.
You need to be able to work with figures and then tio communicate effectively with the team and to use your findings to improve business efficiency and profitability.
This is an initial 6 month contract to cover a secondment.
