An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading global Financial Services business. This blue chip company is looking for a Senior Market Research Manager.
About the Role
The ability to follow our customers' expectations is what makes this retail bank one of the UK's most successful banks. That's why they need a Senior Market Research Manager - to help understand these expectations and tailor there services to the customers' needs.
My client is looking for someone who will employee the appropriate research techniques, you'll be managing the delivery and analysis of information from customers, potential customers and staff which, will shape the bank's strategic decision making.
What We're Looking For
My client is looking for someone who can manage the entire research process, from defining the business questions and designing the research, to the delivery of the outputs, - which will improve the understanding of the customers' perceptions
You'll need a high level of market research expertise and the ability to manage stakeholders and third party agencies. You will have a solid understanding of research best practices within a financial services environment.
