The opportunity:
The Strategic Marketing team are looking to recruit a Consumer Market Insight Assistant to join their small but highly successful team in Farnborough. This role will suit an individual who is wanting to continue their Insight career within a market leading global Financial Services company.
Reporting into a Customer Insight Executive this role is responsible for assisting in the successful running of market and consumer insight projects to support the achievement of marketing targets and business objectives. In this role you can expect to work on projects to develop Zurich’s insight into its markets, competitors, customers, brokers and stakeholders. You will then provide and analyse data and knowledge drawn from both primary and secondary research to improve Zurich’s understanding of its customers and market environment. Additionally you will also manage research project administration and champion market and competitor analysis within UK Personal Lines and across the General Insurance Business.
About you:
Successful candidates are required to have proven experience in a customer insight related role and be able to demonstrate analytical ability. As report writing and presenting datat in graphical format is a large part of this position you will need to be able to demonstrate report writing skills and numerical ability. Experience of working with primary and secondary data is imperative along with an organised and timely approach to analysis. Successful candidates will also have demonstrable experience of working with Data agencies, IT and other data suppliers.
