Associate Directors, Qualitative, China
Our client is a globally successful agency renowned for creativity and rigorous consumer insight. They work on behalf of some of the world's most innovative brand owners and help them make good marketing and strategy decisions. They have the feel and energy of a business that are constantly fulfilling their potential in territory sector and market, and are looking to make key qualitative appointments in Shanghai. Unsurprisingly there is a bit of a buzz and focus about their future plans in China with all the staggering dimensions and opportunities this will entail. Business in the region has already shown explosive growth and all the signs point to this need being a constant. They are seeking an all-round qual specialist to consolidate their expertise and market position in this area. You will be managing a dedicated team of highly motivated and talented quallies who share your passion and enthusiasm, and will work hand in hand with key clients to ensure lasting client relationships and competitive advantage in the space. You should have the professional competence to nurture more junior members of your team and suggest innovative and creative methodologies where appropriate. You will be a hands-on practitioner but be able to see the bigger picture and be driven to the degree where you can inspire and drive those around you in turn. Shanghai is an incredibly exciting place to be right now, and you could be working with big-name clients and experiencing a whole new culture - without having to speak Chinese, as it is your ability to live and breathe qual that counts.
