Research Executive, Service Measurement - Research International UK
The job:
You will work as part of the Royal Mail team and will help to produce the independent Quality of Service measurement across a range of Royal Mail services. This involves collecting a large amount of data from survey participants, checking, analysing and reporting the data to the client on a monthly reporting cycle and ensuring the survey's key performance indicators are met. Your role will include daily contact with the client, producing client reports, attendance at client meetings and contribution to departmental to strategy.

About you:
You will have previous project management experience as well as the ability to deal with large amounts of data. You will be highly proficient on Excel be able to adapt to bespoke in house systems quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as an enthusiastic, self motivated approach to work. Attention to detail is also a key attribute in addition to having the drive and determination to improve working procedures.
