Are you a Senior Research Executive ready to take the next step in your career? Do you feel ready to take on more responsibility and embrace the role of Account / Research Manager? This could be the opportunity for you. My client is looking for an Account Manager to work in their telecoms department. They are ideally after a Senior Research Executive who is straddling the gap between Research Manager and Senior Research Executive; someone who has been doing an account management role but who hasn't been recognised in their current role.

Because you are an in-betweener you will need to demonstrate certain skills to secure this fantastic opportunity! Firstly, you should have excellent client management and development experience. This includes running client projects with minimal senior supervision; being accountable for their projects whilst managing your team all with a positive attitude. You should be driven to get good results by co-creating proposals that spin any complex research approaches into workable and profitable solutions. This in turn will lead into quantitative research results that show evidence of the clients world and are based on the clients needs. You should be highly aware of how to manage semi-continuous and continuous projects; keen to offer insight and analysis at every stage; have a strategy in how to produce high quality reports and presentations - making your service invaluable.

Do you have what it takes to lead a team? Can you manage and assist in my clients account strategy? With excellent communications skills already in place, you should be prepared to deal with complex issues in a clear and persuasive manner (both internally and externally), and deliver clever and innovative client presentations - making clients that will be loyal to your service!
