Whether you're managing the prospect database, identifying new opportunities for streamlining our service or turning ideas into tenable proposals, you'll base it all on the most insightful and reliable data. Then there's the challenge of creating a centre of excellence for analysis on campaign, market and customer trends, while motivating your team as only you know how.
One person for the job
It's not enough to be an expert in data management and have the very best analytical skills. We're after someone who can see things others can't, who can make the sort of decisions that'll keep Barclaycard leading the way. That means you'll need to be a strong strategic thinker, with a knack for creating appealing and innovative product concepts. You'll have the communication skills to get your ideas across, too, and the ability to turn them in to something that our customers can really benefit from. And of course, you'll be familiar with tools like SQL, SAS and Excel, not to mention the latest thinking in segmentation, targeting and financial drivers of programs..
