Précis
Responsible for managing the existing propositions portfolio to support Residential gross margin, income, sales and retention objectives. Secondment to cover maternity leave.

Key Activities
You will deliver existing proposition developments in response to changing competitor, customer and market conditions.
Manage price change activity around our existing product portfolio.
Recommend opportunities for increasing fee income.
Recommend and deliver opportunities for product/tariff rationalisation.
Work with Sales and Pricing teams to review product performance on a channel basis and make recommendations to maintain/improve performance.
Develop robust operational procedures for implementing product changes in a accurate and timely manner.
Ensure our product portfolio and competitive position is communicated effectively to all customer-facing staff.
Main responsibilities of role

Managing a team of 4.
Budget management.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience of product management and/or proposition development in a B2C business.
Strong commercial acumen and consumer focus
Demonstrable evidence of strategic thinking and problem-solving
Successful track record of achieving business goals through product innovation
Strong project management skills.
Excellent people management experience.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation (both verbal and written).
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organisations and adapt style to different people/situations
