Market Research Analyst, to £40k, Nottingham

Client: TDX Group
Position: Market Researcher
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000
Benefits: plus up to 20% bonus, 25 days holiday, private healthcare.

You will be responsible for working within the Sales and Marketing team in order to build on TDX Group's existing reputation as the thought leader within the industry. You will be expected to provide insights from in-depth market analysis to discover future business opportunities. You will also be expected to build these insights into a compelling story for senior management, clients, prospects and journalists.

ROLE:
As Market Insight Consultant you will be responsible for managing the delivery of an effective market exploration program covering product, market, client and supplier intelligence. This will be used to aid improvements with regards to TDX Group's performance, offerings and client satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Experience in market insights, research or intelligence, predominantly quantitative although with some awareness of qualitative methodology.
b) High degree of computer literacy including data interpretation and manipulation as well as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
c) Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
d) Experience of conducting smart desk research
e) This role would suit a well organised, enthusiastic person with an aptitude for technical detail in written and verbal communication
f) This role would suit a self-starter who can work independently

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Experience of working with financial services would be an advantage
b) Experience of working with/commissioning research agencies
