Our client is a progressive and stable financial services business which possesses an excellent heritage and reputation. With a strong track record of growth and customer loyalty, they are now looking to further develop their Head Office marketing team with a proven Market Research Manager.

At a time when customer value management, reducing the cost of customer acquisition, maintaining and rewarding loyal customers are all gaining in strategic importance this is a highly visible role and one which carries real importance in understanding the customer and enhancing their experience.

Possessing an engaging style of communication you will have a keen eye for detail and will be used to operating in a consumer facing competitive environment. You must be confident in presenting recommendations at senior levels and will possess a broad understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research techniques and the value that they can add.
