This well recognised Financial Services provider with a strong customer loyalty base and excellent reputation to match is now looking for an established Market Researcher to join them.
This is a key role within the Marketing Team as you will be responsible for the ongoing customer and staff research programme enhancing business performances at a product and channel level.
The role requires a strong project manager as you will be working across various activities including, the delivering of customer satisfaction campaigns, competitor communication information through to their mystery shopper programme.
You will be comfortable working with all levels of management/3rd parties including briefing PR agencies and using customer insight being able to identify areas of greater focus to help fulfil customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in qualitative/quantitative research, excellent report writing/communication skills, have managed research budgets and posses a strong analytical mindset.
Having gained the above experience within the Financial Services arena would be desirable but not essential for interview.
