Customer Insight Analysts sought for my client , based in Swindon.

This highly respected national company is looking for marketing analysts with insight and communication skills to join the Customer Insight function. With an incredibly important role to play. the Customer Insight Analyst's role both helps to grow the business, and also helps the business to understand customers and develop the relationships with them.

The work in Customer Insight is split into two key areas: Customer Reporting and Customer Strategy.

Within Customer Reporting the Insight Analyst measures campaign performance and provides key business reports to track customer relationships. The Customer Strategy team uses the same data and analysis skills to predict customer behaviour, improve campaign targeting, and identify key segments within the customer base which inform strategic decisions.
