Magic Circle Law firm seeks experienced business development professional to provide tactical and strategic business development support within the Spanish practice.

About the Role

Are you an experienced professional services business developer?

Are you looking to broaden your experience in an international role?

Based in the Madrid office you will work closely with managing partner, the partner team Practice Groups and the Head of International Business Development. With a proactive approach to the role you will build an understanding of the business objectives and activities of the Spanish Practice Groups. Tasked with the design and development of a detailed business development and communications plan you will actively support its implementation and ultimately contribute positively to the continued growth of the business.

What We're Looking For

Key skills required:

Extensive business development experience gained in a professional services firm (law firm, consultancy) or investment bank or major corporate.
Experience of working in an international context.
Extensive experience of relationship management and winning new business (either active involvement or in a supporting role).
Experience of dealing with senior management/clients.
Proven track record of delivering against objectives.
Complete fluency in Spanish and English (written/spoken).
