About the Client

A well-known brand within the consumer cards industry who are looking to further establish their brands in key international markets with innovative product and proposition development and marketing strategies.

About the Role

The role will be to protect & enhance my clients reputation with the media & external audiences as part of the Corporate Affairs team. You will ensure the effective leadership, co-ordination and capability of Public Relations for the business around the World in line with business strategy and marketing goals.

The role will:

Co-ordinate PR activity around the World ensuring clear two-way communications, agreed strategies, compelling messaging, powerfully delivered programmes and effective measurement and evaluation - 50%
Work with business units and country management teams to improve their PR capacity and capability - 10%
Reputational consultancy, PR support and issues management for business units and country management teams - 20%

Support two Public Relations Managers with the development and execution of Public Relations plans, media management and media enquiries focused on the UK - 20%

What We're Looking For

We would be interested in talking to candidates with the following skill-sets:

Outstanding verbal reasoning - the ability to understand complex communication issues and manage multiple stakeholders

Well developed communication skills including presentation, high quality writing, media interview and internal reporting skills

Coaching and development

Ability to develop and manage business stakeholder relationships
Strong project management capability

Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

About the Offer

Ł45,000 - Ł55,000 + Bonus and Benefits
