This reputable and successful financial services institution has created an exciting new opportunity its crucial Customer Relationship Management department, during a time of growth and change. The successful individual will play a key part in ensuring that customer marketing strategy is in line with this shift in culture within one of the most recognized and best-performing financial services establishments.

Working across product lines, your role will focus on analysing the customer pool using business intelligence tools, and will be an excellent opportunity to develop these skills and techniques. You will also play a part in evaluating the success of CRM campaigns, and presenting these findings to key internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similarly data-driven position, with financial services experience and knowledge of a business intelligence tool desirable. You should also be a willing self-starter, and have excellent communications skills, with the desire and ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a real contribution to the development of a highly regarded brand.
