Customer Proposition Consultants - Interim or Perm

Truly challenging and interesting roles for bright strategic thinking marketers looking for a new challenge. In these key roles with a major global health insurer, your remit will be to understand the customer and their needs, both existing and prospective, within the context of a specific geographic region. What sort of services and products should be offered and how might these differ in different parts of the world. Using customer data, market and competitor intelligence and consumer insight, you will take on the challenge of identifying and building customer profiles/segments that meet customer needs and wants within different regions - developing financially-robust business cases and working with the marketing & comms teams to bring them to market and drive customer volume and profitable growth.
Our Ideal Candidate
Commercially savvy, strong strategic thinking skills and creativity are all key to these challenging roles in which you will need to build compelling propositions, gain support for them with multiple stakeholders and bring them to launch successfully. Strong academics are key with experience of proposition development and customer experience work, probably gained in financial services, telecoms or another service business or perhaps in a strategic consultancy role. Candidates will have exceptional facilitation skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and evidence of the ability to interpret consumer needs and build propositions and business cases that meet these needs. You will have probably had experience of delivering change through a matrix organisation and will enjoy using logic and analytical rigour to bring clarity and structure to solving sometimes ambiguous issues. These roles are head office based but will require frequent travel and potentially a permanent move into a specific region.
