Working for an entrepreneurial business unit within a blue-chip company based in Bristol this is a great opportunity to own the development and maintenance of the customer journey for an industry leading financial services proposition.

You will define and enhance navigation and usability whilst making sure functional requirements are met. You should have excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders including compliance, IT and marketing teams.

You should have broad experience in a financial services role with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and distribution channels.

The role could suit someone who has worked within financial services online channels, or with broader experience and an interest in the online environment.

Overall and excellent career opportunity where you will be given the resources and responsibility to deliver change and add value to the business.
