Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a core division of this leading financial institution as a Manager of Direct Sales across the UK.
Managing a telemarketing team, you will be responsible for maximising all sales opportunities and building a world class lead generation strategy. You will refine and develop the sales lead process to ensure optimum efficiency and conversion of the leads handled whilst liaising with the Head of Field Sales to enhance the quality of leads.
Applicant Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a driver of change and a seeker of opportunities and will have excellent leadership skills being able to motivate others to deliver.
Financial services sales experience preferred but not essential.
