COMPANY
This company is a leading figure in the UK financial services market, providing a broad portfolio of products to around 18 million customers. Recent developments have provided both the financial support and motivation necessary to deliver major improvements to service and product range. The online division of the bank is of primary importance to the future and is therefore central to these developments.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop compelling finance and banking propositions to attract customers via the online channel.
Liaise with sales and product management to ensure profitability of the product range and incentivise the sales team.
Develop & implement strategic aspects of product launches (messaging, positioning, localisation, pricing, etc).
Balance the long term aspirations of the eCommerce banking business with the need to drive increased revenue and performance improvement quickly.
Effectively manage stakeholders from across the bank and outside it to maintain momentum.
THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR......
Extensive experience of developing and delivering attractive financial services propositions through the online channel.
Ability to identify market & consumer trends from a range of data & information sources.
Genuine understanding of the opportunities available in the online space, along with the limitations of the channel.
Ability to produce high quality, accurate work under tight timescales.
Excellent academic background, probably including a degree.
Proven skills in team, stakeholder and third party management.
