BACKGROUND
We are looking for an e-Marketing Channel Manager to support and grow the online channels for Endorsed acquisition marketing. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end sales experience including the application process, campaign planning and creative development across a suite of products and portfolios.

ROLE
The individual will have primary responsibility for online account and revenue goals. They will manage the marketing and any project budgets to maximise ROI and create growth in line with our goal of being the number 1 consumer lending company in Europe.

They will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and implementation of Online marketing campaigns. The associate will manage the development of online advertising through partner sites, email, search and other online activity. They will manage the relationships with key and internal partners. This person will also work closely to ensure we recruit and grow profitable customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Formulation and implementation of online strategy to prove a clear ROI on marketing
·Manage all components of online marketing across a number of products and brands
·Monitor activity results and report performance against plan, ensuring that campaigns are fully optimised
·Formulate and execute test plans relating to product, price and creative
·Schedule, manage and control the creative development of all campaign components on time to meet agreed distribution and live dates
·Manage online promotions and incentives to optimise performance
·Maintain control of all online programmes to company, legal and industry standards
·Liaise with offline marketing team to ensure campaign integration

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
·Highly numerate individual with online marketing background, must have a Financial Services background
·Understanding of Digital Marketing best practice, creative development and campaign delivery
·Strong commercial awareness with particularly good deal negotiation and influencing skills
·A proven track record of delivering a significant increase in sales
·A strong relationship builder able to create mutually beneficial relationships on all levels
·Superior oral and written communication skills, plus ability to work as a team member
·Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
·Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a high pressure environment
·Self motivated individual
·Ability to identify and solve problems effectively with a result-oriented focus
·Knowledge of the online market
