Leading financial services organisation are currently looking for a Group Marketing Capability Manager.
This job involves working with marketing leaders across the Group to establish and maintain the marketing capabilities needed for success. The role holder will lead projects to ensure that the processes, systems, tools, capabilities and culture needed to establish world class marketing effectiveness are in place across the Group, and that this is maintained and developed inline with industry best practice. To drive sustainable improvements in marketing effectiveness and improve return on investment across marketing activity. To improve the understanding and capabilities of the organization with respect to campaign planning and execution.
Job holders are typically responsible for:
Working with marketing leaders to identify their skills capability requirements and develop and implement the most appropriate solutions to address them.
Leading the delivery of capability building initiatives and projects to develop Group-wide marketing skills, address specific gaps and embed the Brand Beliefs to enable the required standards of excellence in marketing performance.
Driving the understanding and application of the required standards of marketing acquisition and retention management, measurement processes and systems, and best practice and operating effectiveness and efficiency across the Group.
Initiating the leading projects across the UK and International markets to implement the processes, systems, tools, capabilities and culture needed to establish and embed best practice marketing effectiveness.
Identifying within-business marketing best practice and ensuring it is shared across the Group
Championing, and advising and supporting business to understand and apply, the required standards of marketing excellence and best practice, operating effectiveness and efficiency, and Group, legal and regulatory requirements.
Supporting / facilitating agency selection processes to ensure best of breed marketing agencies are selected.
Working with the Marketing teams to analyze the effectiveness of their campaigns and improve return on investment.
Your Track Record
Proven success in a variety of marketing and other roles in a range of internal and/or external businesses
Undertaking training/development needs analysis
Developing and managing development programmes in large, international organizations
Influencing marketing leaders
Coaching and developing others
