Overview
Delivering an ongoing programme of internal communications to ensure staff alignment with business goals, maintaining high morale and developing loyalty toward the business and provide a conduit for senior management engagement with the wider workforce. In addition to assist with event coordination that enables Client Account Managers and Business Development Managers to create new relationships as well as deepening current relationships with clients and consultants.

Principal Accountabilities :
 
1.      Execute and assist the development of the Internal Communications plan which will include activities such as
a.     manage and co-ordinate updates and developments on the corporate intranet
b.     production of collateral such as news stories, announcements and the quarterly internal marketing newsletter
c.     co-ordination and execution of an internal loyalty programme
 
2.      Assist the execution of the PR plan
 
3.      To assist with event implementation, liaising with internal or external parties to organise and execute activities as appropriate
 
4.      Manage corporate memberships (Twickenham, O2, Ascot, Sandown and Wembley) to ensure that the most is made of each membership.  This includes arranging private dining and allocating tickets
 
Assist other members of the marketing team with specific projects and activities as required
This is a 12 month contract covering maternity.
