Our client, a leading global provider of investment management products and services are currently looking for a Senior International Marketing Manager to manage the marketing strategy in Europe, Americas and Asia for their wholesale marketing division for a 12 month maternity contract.
Job purpose:
- Direct reports: 5 (International marketing managers responsible for: Italy, France, Switzerland/Austria, Iberia & Latin America)
- Manage team of international marketing managers to develop and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple markets and efficiently allocate resource across all markets
- Work closely with the international sales organisation and marketing team to identify and implement both strategic and tactical business, sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share and market penetration
- Lead the launch of products working closely with product development and sales
- Manage relationships with PR agencies in Europe
- Manage internal and external resource to ensure that they are kept abreast of competitor activity and market developments in the market
- Approve all below the line marketing material for international markets
- Work with our media buyer and creative agency to maintain and develop advertising (including online)
- Manage the international wholesale marketing budget
- Work closely with the sales team to plan and co-ordinate seminars/events
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
- Forge strong relationships with key intermediaries & distributors and fund managers This role is to start mid November and you must be able to commit for 1 year.
