An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading player in the UK pensions market as an events manager to focus on their UK events and positively raising their presence in the wider market place.
Based in stunning offices a short walk from London Bridge the role of the events manager is both highly diverse and challenging. The role will be responsible for running, managing and delivering a host of targeted events to both internal and external stakeholders. The role will be charged with raising the awareness of the business and strengthening existing relationships. These creatively devised events will include large scale tradeshows, private meetings, seminars, conferences and smaller scale private dining.
Reporting to the head of marketing in this newly created role, the events manager will also work along side the wider marketing and communications team, liaising closely with internal copywriters, creative and business developers. The successful applicant will have 100% ownership of each event, including sourcing venues, contract negotiation and full pre-and post event evaluation to measure any ROI.
The successful applicant should have significant previous event management experience, delivering both organisation wide and smaller, boutique events. A track record of working successfully on an autonomous level and as part of a larger team would also be highly desirable.

Salary £37,500-£45,000 + annual bonus and excellent benefits
