We're recruiting on behalf of one of the Times top 100 start-ups who operate in the social gaming space who are looking to appoint a senior analyst. The company has experienced incredible growth in the last 2.5 years, recruiting a large number of talented individuals to help support the growth of what is an innovative organisation in a booming business area. Over all, the market they are competing in is worth close to $5.5 billion a year and rising.
You will be reporting directly to the Analytics Director, and will be required to provide valuable insights across a range of issues, including in-life performance of games, and leveraging these insights to help inform strategy around the development of future products and services.
Finally, you will work across various internal functions, providing actionable insight and recommendations from your analysis to inform marketing strategy, product and project teams, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns and project pages. Acting as a key advisor to the wider business on what is and isn't possible to measure accurately; also helping to improve things like site tagging and reporting requests.
Role: Senior Product & Marketing Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

Experience Required:
- Demonstrable track record in analytics
- Solid statistical background with commercial experience
- Excellent numerical background, preferably backed up through education
- Solid experience with Analytics tool, advanced SQL and Excel skills are ideal
- Expertise in extracting, manipulating and visualising large datasets
- Commercial expertise, identifying the quick wins and those which will bring extra revenue rather than the 'nice to knows'
- Confident, outgoing with good communication skills
- Able to explain clearly what reports are saying and highlighting of possible false positives from data
- Must have the necessary visas to live and work in the UK
