A leading and well established financial services company in Bournemouth seeks an online marketing manager to lead and manage the development of annual eMarketing business plans and budgets.
Responsibilities
Developing and agreeing annual sales plans and budgets for online products. Revising sales plans and budgets on an ongoing basis
· Developing and managing Aggregator and Affiliate relationships
· Planning, briefing, developing and executing eMarketing campaigns
· Producing monthly forecasts of sales and A&P expenditure
· Managing the relationship between the eMarketing team and other internal and external parties
· Contributing significantly to the strategic planning process for eCommerce
· Identifying and implementing new Aggregator and Affiliate relationships to support the Online Partnership strategy
· Analysing evaluating and reporting the performance of the Aggregator, Pay Per Click, and Affiliate channels
· Managing and developing eMarketing strategy for eCampaigns: Pay Per Click (PPC), Aggregators, Affiliates
· Identifying, exploiting and delivering new strategic opportunities that assist with online growth
Requirements
Significant eMarketing experience in financial services
· Established and up to date knowledge and experience of online distribution of GI and Life products, including sound knowledge of regulatory issues and requirements
· Hands-on experience in the eMarketing, creative and production process
· Accomplished eMarketing numerical and analytical skills
· Proven leadership and man-management skills
· Accomplished communication and influencing ability, including networking and negotiation at all levels and with external contacts
· Self sufficient PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Previous experience of account management
· Experience of negotiating contracts and/ or agreements
· Accomplished Project Management skills
· Graduate or equivalent business experience and likely to have marketing qualifications
