A leading financial services company in Bournemouth is looking for a talented marketer to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The purpose of the role is to manage the production and distribution of all business critical rate and policy change e mails and all documentation across all brands. This will include:

- Mortgage rate guides
- Broker literature
- Customer literature
- Both electronic (PDFs) and printed versions
- Sales aids/presentations The client is looking for someone to ensure all change communications and literature is delivered accurately, within deadlines and produced cost effectively.  This role is critical to ensuring accurate information is provided to their brokers, and attention to detail is absolutely paramount to this role. 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THIS JOB:

- Manage the production and distribution and of all rate and policy change e mails across all brands.
- Manage the production of printed and electronic literature across all brands and be the main point of contact for the business.
- Manage a budget of £250K across the three brands
- Work with various internal and external design agencies to ensure documentation is accurately produced within agreed timescales and work with print suppliers to ensure printed material is produced and distributed accurately and cost effectively.
- Liaise with the product managers of all brands to ensure all literature is kept up to date and accurate. 
- Liaise with the E-Commerce Managers for the Web and Online Marketing to ensure literature is uploaded on the website and distributed to brokers in a timely fashion
- Manage the sign off process to ensure all literature is compliant, and a full audit trail provided for the production of all literature.
- Manage the Marketing Documentation Officer, to ensure the team delivers against overall team targets.
- Manage the sourcing and buying of promotional merchandise.   QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE SPECIFIC TO THIS JOB   

- No formal marketing qualification is required.
- Product management within a financial services environment.
- Experience within a role where a very high attention to detail has been essential on a daily basis.
- Experience of production of marketing documentation desirable but not essential.
- Manage the team to meet tight deadlines ensuring accuracy of information on all literature at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Numerical ability and ability to manage a substantial budget.
- Work effectively under pressure, maintaining enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under own initiative
