One great opportunity
While our new products and services have helped Barclaycard attract more business than ever, it's important to remember that existing customers are just as likely to benefit from our innovations in credit cards. That's why you'll join us as our new Commercial Strategy Manager, supporting the development of new strategic initiatives and doing all you can to get the most out of our existing customer portfolio. With an eye on growth, revenues, risk and expense, you'll turn the results of any analysis undertaken into comprehensive marketing actions, while monitoring the execution of new programmes and creating a wide range of testing strategies to better understand our existing customer base.
One person for the job
It's never been more vital to understand our customers. With so many options available in the market place, it's essential we identify and address their needs quicker than ever before. With this in mind, you'll be an expert in the financial impact of programmes, confident in creating innovative project concepts and able to analyse all programmes on a value basis. From a technical point of view, you'll have excellent analytical skills (knowledge of SAS, SQL and Excel will be an advantage) and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. And if you're genuinely passionate about data analysis and its business possibilities, while always striving to move your team forward, you could be on the brink of a fantastic new career in Commercial Strategy Management.
