Overview of Company:

Talented marketer required for major Financial Services Organisation in the Midlands to drive and manage optimum performance through the management, development and improvement of channel strategies, marketing programmes, communications and servicing across all marketing channels including telephony.

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to drive customer engagement through the use of marketing channels, with particular focus on telephony; translating business needs into leading edge campaigns; to leverage existing and creating new tools to increase customer experience and engagement; to build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and to ensure that customer focus is at the heart of all campaign activity.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

Key Responsibilities will include:
·Research and identify best practices for channel use and optimal impact on the customer journey
·Develop, review and analyse reporting metrics to communicate and recommend changes to improve channel performance on customer engagement and journey
·Channel development strategy
·Working with programme delivery teams to identify ways to improve flawless delivery
·Identify underperforming products/segments and establish improvement plan with suppliers
·Drive testing plans and strategy
Applicant Requirements:

The successful applicant will have experience a detailed knowledge and experience of outbound and inbound marketing channels; end to end management of marketing programmes across various channels; engagement with operational areas in response forecasting and planning. You will be a team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
