Responsibilities
· Liaise with other business areas to co-ordinate the day to day activity associated with
implementing new or changes to existing products so that plans are completed to time, cost and quality standards prescribed.
· Collate and analyse internal and external management information to inform business planning processes.
· Conduct financial appraisals, interpret results and product recommendations to review product performance and ensure that products are on track to achieve targets and projections.
· Monitor and report competitor activity and external market developments to support others to
identify commercial issues and opportunities. Make recommendations for change as appropriate.
· Develop and present potential strategies and plans for individual products for review and
discussion with senior managers.
· Act as a product representative at internal meetings and discussions to provide the product areas views and expertise.
· Build and manage internal stakeholder network.

Person specification

· Have achieved or be actively studying for CIM diploma.
· Previous experience of leading marketing projects.
· Detailed understanding of the products and the commercial models underpinning them.
· Familiarity with financial services market and customer trends and activity.
· Ability to co-ordinate detailed project activity on a number of projects at the same time.
· An operational role working under the direction of their manager and having no formal
responsibility for budgets, income or balances.
· Manages multiple projects independently that ultimately drive performance of KPIs.

THE PACKAGE: Basic Salary up to £35,000 + Pension, performance related bonus, share scheme.
LOCATION: Midlands, East Midlands, Coventry, Leicester, Birmingham.
