Our client is looking to recruit a Communications Co-ordinator on a part time basis (29 hours per week) to cover maternity leave. The job role is responsible for supporting the Marketing Campaign Managers in creating and delivering acquisition/retention communications, managing and co-coordinating the briefing. The role will also involve copywriting, managing intranet sites and co-ordinate the fulfilment requirements for events, including regional meetings, sales events and corporate shows
Main Duties
* To support the campaigns managers in creating and delivering acquisition and retention mailings
* To co-ordinate the management of all printed stationary lines across both business - approx 400 items. Manage stock levels, reprints, and movement of stock and co-ordinate content updates across all items e.g. T&C's, pricing, terms, product updates.
* To liaise with the external agencies in the maintenance and updates to the website and webshop
* Act as the key co-ordinator for all instructor updates to the website to include producing content and displaying and facilitating other areas of the business to upload their content
* Co-ordinate the quarterly production and circulation of the company magazine
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent time management and reliability - ability to manage numerous tasks and campaigns
* Very quick learner
* Highly accurate with excellent interpretation skills - eye for detail and 'right first time' attitude.
* Excellent writing and proofing skills
* Excellent organisational skills - ability to effectively deal with diverse tasks simultaneously on a daily basis.
