Our client, the leading financial services organisation in their field, are seeking to employ an experienced and forward thinking Product & Customer Strategy Manager to join their highly successful marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is crucial in driving business growth, product delivery and services to both new and existing customers through sales and marketing team activity.
Duties include:
*Delivering new initiatives to drive lead generation in to the sales and customer services teams.
*Maximising and measuring all sales and service opportunities from customer growth & development.
*Planning, directing and briefing the communication of marketing programmes.
*Take an overall lead on integrating digital through-the-line on all growth and marketing activity.
*Determining segment strategy, developing and using insight tools.
*Ensuring all products are fit for purpose in a constantly changing market.
*Working on future initiatives in conjunction with the NPD & Marketing Services team.
*Mentor & coach a team of three marketing professionals.
Skills required:
*Extensive segment/channel strategic marketing in a B2B environment
*Experience of working in a regulated environment (FSA)
*Broad experience of delivering strategic solutions for business expansion & growth
*Analytical & segmentation experience
*Budget management
