This Organisation has developed into one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK. Due to their continuous success we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retention Executive to join their team in Eastleigh.

With your proven marketing communications and product management experience to date your main objective will be to add significant value to the businesses propositions by driving forward the businesses customer retention strategy and further improving upon customer loyalty within specific market segments.

The suitable candidate will have a track record in delivering both on and off line marketing campaigns with a particular focus in retention/loyalty environments.

Responsibilities include:
·Increasing customer retention rate.
·Managing key stakeholder relationships.
·Delivering both strategic and technical communications against target.
·Selection of segment data and campaign analysis.
·Provide communication briefings.
·Coordinate activity within other marketing departments, assist in identifying trends.
·Work to required FSA quality standards and procedures.

Experience and Knowledge:
·Customer Research and competitor analysis
·External agencies
·Management of conflicting policies
·Budgetary management
·Data interpretation and MI
