An International bank is currently looking for a Cards Portfolio Manager to develop and execute intergrative customer lifecycle management strategies comprising the phases of activation, usage, retention and loyalty.
 Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Customer lifecycle management
Market analysis and opportunity identification conceptualize marketing programs designed to stimulate, spend and resolve, and switch spend from Cash/Debit to Credit
Securing management approval by developing business cases
Execution involving both direct deliverables like development of scheme outlines, and management of dependencies involving cooperation from other departments
The sucessful candidate will have:
10 - 12 years experience in a card Marketing role in either a Bank or Card issuer.
3 5 years of marketing experience involving rolling out of partner program is ideal
Highly developed numeric and analytical skills
Proven supervisory capabilities in managing junior staff
Tight control over the calendar and program parameters to ensure approved objectives are met
Budgeting and forecasting experience
