Interim Senior Marketing Manager needed by Utility company to drive marketing best practice and its adoption by the business as an ethos, not just a theory.
This role will lead marketing to the SME marketplace, acting as a thought leader, bringing the commercial divisions around to providing a joined up approach to marketing and dealing with the customer.
You will be joining a company going through a major, positive change. Moving from a product centric culture to that of customer centric. This role will play the pivotal position of key influencer. Getting the company to buy-in to being marketing centric and taking an 'outside-in' approach, putting customers at its centre and showing how this should drive the business agenda.
Sectoral experience is not too important for this position. Just that you've come from a highly customer centric organisation, or have led projects of change to improve customer centricity within large organisations. Preferably with experience in a service based industry.
