Customer Strategy Manager - Perm - Central London - £35K- £50K+benefits

One of the UKs largest retail banks has presented a new opportunity for a Customer Strategy manager to join their marketing team.

Customer Strategy & Insight (CS&I) is in a unique position to deliver competitive advantage to the organisation to harnessing the commercial potential of our extensive consumer & customer data set,
driving the voice of the customer into all key decision-making forums. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Retails customer research, analytics and customer relationship strategy; influencing all areas of the business, strategy, customer experience & marketing.

Responsibilities
* Develop customer-driven strategies and facilitate implementation across Retail
* Provide input into the development of innovative customer-based offers & proposition development across Retail
* Identify new customer segments & market opportunities & synergies that cut across more than one line of business
* Define priorities for the retail research programme and customer analytical programme
* Identify key competitor dynamics that may generate new market opportunities/threats that cut across more than one line of business
* Be a thought-leader in support of delivering the Groups ambition to foster deep and enduring customer relationships
* Actively develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of key customers, suppliers & colleagues in order to identify emerging customer strategies, ascertain future requirements and where appropriate, respond to changes in the internal and external business environment

Key Skill Required:
* Competent strategy capability
* Strong analytical skills (quant and qual)
* Demonstrates ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
* A degree (or equivalent) Economics, Science, Maths, Engineering, Business Management and professional qualification highly desirable
* Previous experience of business advisory and consultancy roles is valued

Candidates must be flexible to travel 1 day a week!
