About the Role
As a Digital Customer Experience Manager you will be required to:
Accountable for developing and implementing a cohesive digital customer experience programme.
Providing expert digital input and leadership to key projects and initiatives.
Day to day management of digital capability plan to achieve target active registrations to paperless statementing and other key digital metrics.
Deliver flawless content and capability that are customer centric and brand consistent to meet BU requirements, budgets, timescales and governance.
Ensure the principles of the digital customer experience strategy are embedded across all customer facing collateral and processes and initiatives
Ensure robust and appropriate measurement and checks in place to track site performance (KPI's) and customer expectations and perceptions are in line with desired experience.
Drive required daily mi and sales mentality to identify opportunities and achievement of target.
What We're Looking For
Good candidates for this role will posses the following:
Experience in developing and delivering outstanding Digital Customer Experiences
Strong stakeholder management
Knowledge of Digital technologies including tracking, optimization tools and mobile communications
Experience in digital customer experience and digital user experience.
Highly effective communicator with excellent collaborative interpersonal skills; articulate & concise in written and verbal communications
Ability to drive and achieve results through others
About the Offer
£28,500 to £35,000 depending on experience.
