An excellent opportunity has come up for a Europe Marketing Manager to define, direct and deliver marketing strategy, covering all marketing channels including, PR, advertising, product launch, internal comms.
·         Define and design all marketing collateral  working in conjunction with lead marketing agency
·         Work closely with distribution regarding product launch approach and support appropriately
·         Work closely with the internal Marketing function of the banking partner
·         Lead appropriate PR and advertising effort within targeted countries
·         Recruit and manage local country marketing agencies to produce marketing collateral
·         Develop and deliver product launch plans covering all communications channels, including regulatory and promotional literature, advertising, PR and web
·         Effectively manage stakeholders both internally within the organisation and externally with the banking partner
·         Create and continually improve end to end communications, focusing on clarity of tone of voice and simplicity.
·         Ensure all marketing activity is effectively branded .
·         Compliance To ensure they understand and adhere to company Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. 
·         Financial Controls Ensure all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets etc) and all payments are properly authorised, controlled and monitored, in accordance with delegated authority requirements.
